Richard Dodson is an amazing technician! He was here doing my termite annual and took the extra time to explain to my daughter (who is 6 and thought that he was there to check her chickens for bugs) who answered the door. He explained to her what a termite was and assured her he would make sure her home was safe from the little bugs. She felt so important because he did not dismiss her.

Richard Dodson did an amazing job during my mosquito service. He let me know the day before he would be there and let me know when he arrived. During the service he noticed a spot in my yard that had standing water, informed me of it and proceeded to take care of it so water wouldn't stand there anymore. I couldn't ask for a better technician!

Tyler is always thorough and willing to share knowledge or ideas. Very responsive

We have been happy with Inman Murphy for many years. Our current technician, Becca, is wonderful! She’s always prompt, sometimes early. She is great to follow up about past problems and very thorough. Becca is very personable and sweet.

I always get really good coverage against pests; no spiders, bugs, ants, etc.

Doug always lets us know ahead of time that he's coming for routine spraying and does a wonderful job keeping pests out of our house! If we ever have an issue with pests, Doug is always willing to come out for a service call as well!

Doug I. contacted me this week to set up a mutually acceptable appointment to come by for our quarterly pest treatment. Doug was punctual, professional & very knowledgeable. Also Doug already knew my house interior & exterior layouts. Doug was genuinely interested in knowing any location where we’ve had insects/pests and he treated each of them. Becca came out and did my initial treatment for wasps and mice and did a fantastic job. She was extremely professional, nonjudgmental and did a very thorough inspection of my home. She helped explain everything she was doing and identified the pests. Really really recommend her, she was fantastic.

Doug was out this morning and performed my quarterly pest control. As always, he is very pleasant, prompt and gets the job done. He explains what he is doing and is extremely pleasant. I hope to keep him as my technician for a long time!

Scott Barnett came out after hours and installed two mosquito buckets. Showed me how they worked, installed them in no time and was gone. First time we met snd I throughly enjoyed talking and learning from him. He was fantastic! Y’all provide such great service and Scott is a good reason for that great service. Thank you!

I've been using you all for 5 years now as a recommendation for my annual termite treatment. Always been professional and I've never had any issues. During our annual treatment today our motion detection kept going off and we I noticed the technician, who was only there for an annual termite service, was taking care of some wasp's nest that had formed by my gutters. He did it all under his own volition and you don't get that kind of customer service and attention anymore in America. This is how you maintain lifetime customers, I know you got one in us now. Thank you again.

The gentleman that came out for my yearly termite treatment was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about other services they provided! Very interested in the mosquito spray as it’s been a wet spring and these mosquitos are eating me up!
