I cannot say enough great things about my experience with James (Jimi) Greer from Inman Murphy. He is truly exceptional at what he does -- consistently going above and beyond while bringing an incredible level of knowledge and professionalism to his work. Beyond that, he is genuinely kind, attentive, and always made me feel heard and valued as a customer.During the 2+ years Jimi serviced my home, I never experienced any pest issues, and anything that existed beforehand was quickly resolved and thoroughly handled. Even after transitioning to a different team, he remained responsive, made sure I was taken care of, and connected me with the right people for continued support.People like Jimi are rare. He is hardworking, humble, reliable, and truly outstanding at his job. In fact, I had to ask him where I could leave a review because he would never ask for recognition himself. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Doug is great!

Doug is my guy! He knows I work nights so he will set up an appointment with me a few days in advance. Then he actually shows up on the agreed time. That is so wonderful when most services give a 4 hour window for arrival. He is efficient and very pleasant to talk to. I have never had a bad experience with him.
