Doug is always super nice and professional when he calls to schedule services. He always takes care of us and even plays fetch with my dogs. I couldn’t recommend Doug more!

I recently moved into a home and discovered more spiders than I would like to see in the garage (i.e. any at all). Inman-Murphy to the rescue! They have exceptional customer service. I spoke with Mr. Bill initially, who came out to do an assessment/quote for my needs and was able to schedule me for services immediately. Mr. Mike (service rep) was punctual and ready to work! He addressed all my areas of concern and even pointed out some areas that had gone unnoticed, like a gap in my door frame!

Doug is the best! Very friendly and my dogs love him and he give them each love when he come to treat my yard and house!

Doug was amazing today, as always! From his amazing greeting at my front door to his tips on helping us maintain a bug-free and rodent-free home. Additionally, he told us about a rodent trap to put in our yard to help keep rodents away. He offered to put one in our backyard and one in our front yard. We were elated when he said he had two on his truck and he put them out for us before he left! Doug always leaves a lasting impression on us because of his care for our family and care for what we have going on in our lives. We are customers for life!

Doug is very attentive and friendly. He is great at communicating when he will be at the house, and he addresses any needs that we may have.

This company runs like clockwork. They check on you when it's time for your house treatment, they stay in touch with you, and they are punctual. The service guy is friendly and always explains what he is doing. Great work all around!
