I cal... read moreI noticed a wasp nest in our dining room window. I had no clue as to whom to call. I found a company online that directed me to Inman-Murphy. I called and the young lady I spoke with was very patient and kind to his 82 year old senior citizen. She assured me that someone would be out to address our issue. Bill Parker called and came to see what needed to be done. He offered numerous options from a onetime service to the very best they offered. He too, was very patient with me and as a retired customer service manager, his demeanor was very much appreciated. After selecting what I felt was best for us, Bill quickly completed all necessary work online, I signed and was told someone would be at our home to rid us of the pests. sorry to say I didn't get the young man's name, but he too was very kind and professional. I am so very glad I was directed to Inman-Murphy and their awesome staff. I highly recommend Inman-Murphy. hide
