I have been a customer of Inman Murphy since 2002. I’ve been very pleased with everything that they do. We have our termite service with them and we have yet to see one termite. They come out quarterly and spray for bugs and if I see any within that three months, they always come back out and take care of them, however, normally I do not see any. They also spray for mosquitoes in the summer and we have very few mosquitoes. I’m not gonna say we don’t have any because that would just be ridiculous, but we do not have that many. They’re very friendly and they are always willing to help. Warren and Thalia are two of the best.

Amazing customer service. Our service man (James Greer) is truly an expert when it comes to termites and is technically proficient in knowing how to keep them from doing damage to your house and other structures. He is extremely conscientious about making sure the job is done correctly.You will not be disappointed with his work!!!

Once again, Doug was amazing today, as always! From his amazing greeting at my front door to his tips on helping us learn more about termite control. He even sprayed outside even though I offered for him to come back another day to do the outside because it was raining cats and dogs! Doug always leaves a lasting impression on us because of his care for our family and care for what we have going on in our lives. We are customers for life!

Mr. Doug is hands down the best! He is one of the kindest, sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and he truly goes above and beyond in his work. Doug is great!

Doug is my guy! He knows I work nights so he will set up an appointment with me a few days in advance. Then he actually shows up on the agreed time. That is so wonderful when most services give a 4 hour window for arrival. He is efficient and very pleasant to talk to. I have never had a bad experience with him.
