Believe it or not, these little wood-munchers are pretty much everywhere, (with the exception of Alaska). Termites aren’t too picky about their living conditions and can adapt to a variety of climates and environments.

Termites live on cellulose for sustenance, which is what wood is made of. Depending on the termite’s preference, some might live in soil-rich areas, while others opt for cozy homes above ground.
